Authenty’s Messaging Policy

Consent:

By agreeing to the “Terms and Conditions”, the user provides “Consent” as a “Consent Opt In” to receive a One Time Password (OTP) to authenticate it’s identity. This OTP message would be received by the user as a Short Message Service (SMS) on the email address and the phone number provided while registration.

The user agrees to provide this “Consent” out of it’s free will and confirms that there has been no force or payment received or paid, in cash or in kind, from Authenty for receipt of such OTP messages.

By continuing you will receive a one-time verification code to your phone number by SMS. Message and data rates may apply

Authenty would be maintaining a record of such “Consent” received as a timestamp of registration of the user. The user gives his consent to record such data to Authenty and would not hold Authenty liable for any charges or damages in the future for such recording. Authenty confirms that such data would be used only in accordance to it’s privacy policy.
